Altruist anyone?

Hello All,

The Mrs and I are in the process of our estate planning and the group we signed on with uses Altruist.com for the creation/management of their client’s retirement accounts. I have connected Altruist in my Tiller console and some data is transferred. However, the following has been the outcome:

  • All account balances @ Altruist are lumped into a single strange account#: xxxxange
  • No transactions have been gathered, possibly b/c of 2FA, possibly b/c of the types of transactions (ACAT transfers)

Does anyone have experience with Altruist wrt to Tiller ?

Hi @ramerkw have you already contacted support about this? If this does not reflect how your accounts present at the Altruist.com site then there could be a data quality issue which needs to be escalated to the data provider.
