I have just run into an error when asking autocat to run. I haven’t done anything new that I can remember aside from normally filling the sheet. Here is a screen shot of the error code that I am getting when I ask autocat to run.
The transaction ID colum has data in it and I think it’s correct but this is the first time that I’ve had to look at it specifically.
Has anyone else run into this?
Hi @want2roam this is commonly seen when the Transaction ID is missing for an entry, and sometimes if there are blank rows at the bottom of your sheet with some data corruption. I see you’ve written in to support I believe that’s best for taking a closer look at your particular case.
Thanks for the reply, there are zero blank rows and all transaction id’s are unique. Still not able to run the autocat
