I have google sheets, and I tried it with and the new sheet opens for me. If you are using sheets, is there an update to the browser or can you restart the browser? If you are using excel, which it sounds like maybe, have you restarted your computer recently? I know a basic question you probably already did, but it is my go to when programs freeze. Otherwise, I would need someone who uses tiller with excel to chime in.
I believe the Categories by Month is only available for Goggle Sheets.
