I just added a new CC and it is pulling in its own categories when it direct fills. How do I get it to stop? None of the CC categories match my category list and I have to go back and change them all.
Do you have the AI suggestion for categories turned on, or are these the autocat from the previous setting turned applying to the new transactions? (i’m assuming this isn’t the category hint column?)
@markchuteski it looks like the Pre-categorize on fill feature is turned on for you.
You can turn this off under the Settings section on the Tiller Console my.tiller.com/settings
It only applies to the first time an account is filled into the sheet so it makes sense that when you added a new credit card to an institution you already had connected to Tiller and then linked it to the spreadsheet that it filled in those default categories.
You can filter the Transactions sheet to just that account and clear the categories from the Categories column to re-categorize those.
