Costco Visa (citi) not refreshing with a “Unable to link with open banking” error? Anyone else having this issue?
I just tried mine now and it sync’d without issue.
Are you using Yodlee or Plaid? It is still not working for me for Yodlee. I’ve turned off my VPN, and tried Firefox, Brave and Edge browsers.

I’m using Yodlee on MacOS Chrome. Just sync’d again, worked fine.
I have tried with Firefox (no extensions active [I use uBlock usually]), using a private window, and also Safari and I am getting message that Yodlee cannot connect to the Citi site. I also went to the Citi site and checked the security page. It looks like they now require a renewal of access at least once a year. They even have the option of activating a “desktop apps” access permission that gives you 10 minutes to log into your account from whatever third party software you want and that did not work for me either.
Also trying to connect to Citi (not Cosco Visa, different company) and getting
We are unable to link your account because the flow at the bank site was incomplete. Please try again later.
I sent a message to Citi tonight 10/5 and hope to get something helpful back.
