I am really confused. I have used Tiller for years and have one that goes to June 3 with most tranactions categorized but when I go to fill new tranactions there are no new transactions. I have another tiller that ha Direct fills setuup and goes to June 16. None of the trans actions are categorized including the old tranactions which are there but the categorizations are gone. So what do I do!!!
hi @drinnanc the support team (support@tiller.com) can probably be most helpful here, but I’d recommend reviewing the guide below on sidebar fills vs direct fills.
The one that’s not updated probably is still a sidebar fills sheet and just needs you to open the sidebar to log back in and fill.
If that’s not the case, and you upgraded that sheet, the team can help you troubleshoot.
For the other sheet that is updating but doesn’t have categorizations, when you create a new sheet previously categorized data doesn’t get filled because we don’t sync the categorizations from your sheets to our database so it just fills in the raw/original data.
