No, only Income and Expense category types will show up in the Spending Trends sheet.
You can have your savings as an “expense” category type if you want to see how much you’re saving in the Spending Trends sheet. I’ve also started a conversation here (A very underrated way to track savings) on some other ways to track savings with Tiller.
