I enter data into the app, basically a fair amount of Auto Catagory and my fields populate with #NAME? (see example below). Over several months, this just happens at random. I end up starting over which is time consuming. I am a Mac user which shouldn’t make a difference.
Looks like you customized the overview sheet? The #NAME? error means the spreadsheet doesn’t recognize something you’ve typed into a formula, like a typo or missing quotes, etc. I’d unhide the helper columns and see if everything looks OK there, or if that’s where the errors are starting. If you moved rows around that could have had an effect on the hidden formulas.
I do love this product. My only changes are creating category rules and manually assigning. I received so help to resolve. Problem was a Mac excel component didn’t operate as planned.
