About 14 days ago, my Home Depot Consumer Credit Card stopped “refreshing.” This card is managed by CitiRetailServices at least historically and also at Home Depot Credit Card: Log In or Apply
When I logged in and opened my account with Home Deport today, there is a setting that permits 3rd party apps sites sharing and Tiller is expressly enabled. However, when I signed off my account, I got an email saying “you asked to discontinue sharing with Tiller” (words to that effect); I called their card services and after much researching the representative said Home Depot no longer shares with Tiller. (A Yodlee panel does begin authentication, but then says “a bank loop is not completing” - which to a lay person might certainly be consistent with Home Deport abandoning a former aggegator sharing.)
It’s not the end of the world but I am hoping someone might confirm this is the true status of things with Home Depot’s consumer credit card. I certainly can access other CitiBank sites with Yodlee and Tiller.
Try Plaid @Larry - I don’t know for certain that it works, but I don’t think it’s Tiller specific (Home Depot doesn’t know who we are :D) most likely Yodlee they stopped working with ?
Heather, sleuthing by ChatGPT suggests it is likely Citi’s pulling back on connecting its co-branded or ancillary accounts connectivity to aggregators (likely their risk analysis - with credit issuers whose security, etc. they don’t directly control). So, I think this is the case and it likely has nothing to do with Yodlee, Plaid or Tiller. Thanks all. This account/card is for me not a biggie to lose full feed access on.
Hey I was having this same issue but it refreshed for me yesterday. Is it still a problem? You might have to log into your home depot account at Citi and revoke access and re-authorize.
