How to add j. crew card?

Hello!

Until recently, I was able to get both my J. Crew and Crate & Barrel card feeds through a Synchrony bank connection.

Around the time that Crate & Barrel switched to imprint.co, not only did its Synchrony feed stop working (expected), but so did my J. Crew feed as well.

I tried deleting the connection, and re-adding it, but now it says “incorrect login details.” I’ve verified that the same credentials work at jcrew.syf.com .

Am I using the wrong bank connection? I chose “Synchrony Financial.”

Or is this connection just not working right now? There is an alert for “Synchrony Bank” in the Yodlee Institutional Alerts spreadsheet, but given the number of potential bank connections with “Synchrony” in the name, it’s not clear to me this is the same one I am trying to use.

Hi Tim, a cursory glance at the imprint site seems they’re a middle layer and not the bank itself, so it should still link to synchrony. But based on the information you gave with 1 ) Synchrony on the the outage report, 2) they’re implementing a new middle layer, imprint. That’s probably the cause; I would message tiller support from the main screen and they can take a more detailed look.
