# I was cleaning out my google photo's and my google Tiller File from my Drive Disappeared

It is not in the drive trash therefore can not restore it. Has anyone seen this problem and if so, have you resolved. I had a back-up in my drive, but that file is gone also. If I start over, I can only go back 90 days, don’t want to start over. Please help

We have successfully contacted Google Help to restore accidentally deleted files that are not in the Trash Can. The sooner you do it, the better chance they will be able to help you.
