# Import CSV Line Items Error workflow question

I have a question about the Import CSV Line Items workflow from Tiller Money Labs.

I downloaded a CSV and tried to import with the add on but its telling me that importer does not recognize the uploaded file. I tried two different files from two different institution and getting the same error.

The [Import CSV Line Items](https://community.tiller.com/t/how-to-import-csv-line-items-with-the-tiller-labs-add-on/2512) workflow from [Tiller Money Labs](https://community.tiller.com/t/how-to-use-the-tiller-money-labs-add-on/67) only works with the CSV formats shown in the sidebar, @Focal.Flash.Media.

There is a [Basic Bank CSV](https://community.tiller.com/t/how-to-import-csv-line-items-with-the-tiller-labs-add-on/2512#basic-bank-csv) rule that you can use if you first manually map the fields to a known format.
