I updated this script to run AutoCat on import, and also it’s now a sidebar vs. a dialog:

Make a copy of the following spreadsheet and then click on Extensions > Import/remap CSV:
What I did was add the latest version of the script to the Crosswalks example spreadsheet so you can test-drive it by copying that spreadsheet vs. copying the Code.js and Index.html files thanks AutoKitten script for the idea! 
You can still add the script to an existing spreadsheet the same as before.
