I have manual accounts that are all set up to the same creditor but when I put them into the Debt Payoff Planner with Snowball, one of the accounts ALWAYS shows a very large negative recommended payment and I cannot figure out why. In happens primarily when the min monthly payment and current balance are close. Right now I only have one payment left on them. I am unsure what to do in this case. Any assistance is appreciated!
Hi @prestonwarden , a bug has been discovered where the sum of recommended payment values needs to equal the monthly payoff goal and what’s not being considered currently is the polarity.
