What did you search for in the Add Accounts box? Sometimes there are multiple options and it can be hard to figure out which one is correct to use, especially with store cards. I looked at my Amazon Synchrony, and this is the option that I used to connect.
Thank you. - I reached out to support as you suggested, and they pointed me to the Yodlee
connector at (https://my.tillerhq.com/aggregators) and I got everything connected. They said plaid just doesn’t support loan accounts right now., but that Amazon store card also connected flawlessly.
I ended up with some doubles, but it’s OK. I’m gonna just start a new sheet with all Yodlee connector for now.
