Missing Cell Fill in Balances Report (C5 and C7)

Hi everyone,

I noticed today that my Balances report is no longer displaying the cell fill/background color in two locations:

  • C5 – the green fill in the Net Worth / Assets section
  • C7 – the blue/gray fill in the Liabilities section

Everything else in the report appears to be functioning normally; it seems to be only a formatting issue.

I can think of a few ways to restore the fills, but I’d rather not start experimenting and potentially create a bigger problem or lose some template formatting.

Has anyone seen this before or can suggest the safest way to restore these missing fills?

I’ve attached a screenshot showing the issue.

Strange. Not sure how the formatting would have been removed. There’s nothing in those cells, so it’s safe to color them yourself. The easiest way is probably to use the Paint Format tool. Click on B5, then click the Paint Format button (looks like a paint roller) then click on C5 and it applies the same formatting from B5 to C5. Repeat the same for C7.
