For some reason, as of last week, I can no longer get updates to my Citibank Costco Visa account information. According the Tiller Institution Alerts spreadsheet ( Institution Alerts (Yodlee Only) - Google Sheets ) there was a problem with Citibank, but not currently. What should I do yo get this vitally important financial data into my Tiller spreadsheet? Thanks in advance for any and all assistance provided.

Can you tell me if your account is showing last refresh date? I have a citi costco card that seems to be connecting okay, I don’t use it often, but the last transaction I made is there (June 1) and balances are updating. Have you tried edit credentials? That will essentially force a reconnect. If that doesn’t work, post again with the result. Maybe someone else might have ideas.
