More versatile "In-Year" Budget View with flexibly months and quarterly options

Overview Like others here, I wanted more flexible date ranges for the Budget View that comes with the Tiller template. I modified so that you can select any consecutive range of months within the same calendar year. Now it’s possible to see spending vs. budget in customer combinations including calendar quarters, YTD and any range of months.
