Texans Credit Union semi-regular disconnection with technical error; Anyone else have this issue?

Hi all!

I have used Tiller for over a year now and I tend to run into an issue from time to time where my Texans Credit Union connection will no longer work. I have had it connected and working fine for months at a time, but then suddenly it will stop connecting all together and gives me a “technical error”. This has happened 2 or 3 times.

I have reached out to support and provided screenshots and detailed instructions on the issue that I am facing, but it doesn’t seem there is a solution for resolving this issue. So now, I can no longer automatically import my primary bank account transactions.

I am posting this to see if anyone else has run into a similar issue, either with Texans Credit Union or any other bank. Is this problem a specific issue with Texans Credit Union? Am I the only facing this issue?

I had similar issues with the Yodlee connection and a much better experience with the Plaid connection. However, I think the Plaid connection is still in beta. Reach out to support via chat and see if you can get access. FYI, If you do switch over you will probably have to do some cleanup of duplicates.

My Apple Federal Credit Union connection with their credit card hasn’t work since May, and with the bank accounts hasn’t worked since November. Tiller support contacts me regularly, but apparently there’s nothing they can do. Getting somewhat frustrated.
