Anybody else having an issue for the last couple of days with Tiller feeling laggy (for lack of a better term)? Refreshing and filling normally happens pretty quickly for me, but for the last two days, filling my sheets has taken a long time (and then my sheet has been populated with a bunch of duplicate transactions). Even something like updating my Savings Budget sheet, which is normally very quick, is taking longer. If it’s just me, then I’ll reach out to customer support, but just checking if anybody else has been seeing this the last couple of days.

Neither the refresh or fill timing has been appreciably different for me this week.

I had noticeable slow-down when I inadvertently added blank rows to Spending Trends - the entire spreadsheet performance is affected, not just the one sheet.

Not that you would have this exact issue, but rather could possibly be related to some changes you’ve made to your spreadsheet. Or perhaps a sign your data size is growing 🤔

Here’s what I did:

> Overview I drastically improved spreadsheet performance by deleting all blank rows past row 100 (5,824 blank rows deleted), in the Spending Trends sheet. star Hot Tip - delete any blank rows in the Transactions sheet star I figured I’d share my experience with trouble shooting frustratingly slow performance. I wanted to see what I could do without doing the commonly recommended remove transactions (5,423) and Tiller solution tabs (9). Google Sheet Size Audit Tool - Slow Performance Resul…

Hmm. Thanks. I literally changed nothing in my sheets, so I don’t think that’s it. And my transactions have been growing incrementally, but performance seemed to drop off a cliff. So, that seems odd. I’ve logged out and in again multiple times. And I just discovered that when it did finally fill, it has added hundreds of duplicate transactions. At the end of a long week, I have to say this is exhausting.

I think I figured it out. Sigh.

Don’t leave me hanging - what was it?
