Unable to login

I repeatedly have issues trying to login to tiller from my excel spreadsheet. When I try to use passkey, I get an error message stating bluetooth not on. When I try to tap yes on youtube, I sometimes get a notification and it works. However, many times it does not. It is very inconsistent. I am unable to update my spreadsheet now because I have been unable to login. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don’t believe passkey is supported yet with Tiller. You should be able to continue to use your password. There should be an option to try a different option instead of the passkey when prompted to login to Tiller.

Yes there is a prompt to try another option which is YouTube notification but that does not work either.

This sounds like you have a specific MFA method set up for your email. Tiller uses account authentication, so any log in settings will need to be changed at your auth provider directly. Tiller account authentication | Tiller Help Center

I dont quite understand what you are saying. This is the only app that I use that requires this kind of authentication and the odd thing is that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I would rather have a simplified authentication such as sending me a text message with a six digit code. I use this type of authentication for many of my banking and investment apps and it works well. Is there a way to change the authentication method in tiller?

Did you try that link I sent? That shares all of the ways you can edit your authentication for the email method you use in Tiller. Tiller does not prompt for the MFA, your authentication method does.
