Updating Transactions from Northwestern Mutual

On Jan 2, 2026, I created a dedicated Tiller workbook in Google Sheets linked to my brokerage account with Northwestern Mutual.

The balances are being updated but the transactions are not being updated.

I’ve confirmed that there have been several transactions since Jan 2.

Has anyone else run into this problem with Northwestern Mutual and solved the problem?

Hi @ScottC there’s currently no widespread outage for this institution, and balances and transactions feeds work differently so one could pull in data ok while the other doesn’t. I suggest writing in to support to further assess logs for your particular connection.
