First link (mobile tiller brings up an error message. I have contacted support as emails and help tell us that we can use tiller chrome then hit the request full website. Chrome shows it as the full website, but it does not contain the option for uploading a csv file. This is a BIG deal if you want to use this option to update any manual accounts. Also, if your auto linked accounts, are missing history. I will admit the only thing I have not fully made sure is that the chrome as the correct add on. Screen shots of this ( oh all this is referring to IPAD on Chrome). An amazing work around would be if one could just be able to use links from Google Drive in upload/download. I’m constantly fighting this with school on canvas depending on the class and assignment. I did check with Chrome and yes extensions are available on PC Chrome but help search on this section reads : " While you can browse the Chrome Web store on you iPhone or iPad and tap ADD to Desktop to install extensions on your computers Chrome browser, they will not run directly on your mobile devise. ( So all the tips here do nothing to assist from what I can see.. we need a better access to update manual accounts. Right now I can add, update balances but not upload a CSV file. The only work around has been to cope and paste and add lines under the transactions sheet. Transaction by transaction.
@flygirl23462 right now the option to upload a CSV from mobile is not supported. Are you using Tiller only on an iPad or do you have access to a computer where you can do it?
We intentionally left it unsupported because we believed importing a CSV on a mobile phone would be a pretty rare/cumbersome occurrence.
I’d recommend adding a feature request for this.
I have accessed Tiller on my pc, cell phe ( Apple 15 plus) and Ipad pro ..actually I have a few accounts only was to get a CSV is on mobile. Some companies are app only with statements pdf, some push one to a full web browser, some allow you to select to download to csv from mobile. Its a reason that it would be great if upload was not just drop and click a downloaded file from a device but also accessible from google drive as there is already an option to use google sheets and saves pretty auto or smoothly.
