Upload CSV not appearing in transaction sheet, but shows in CSV Import Logs

:wave: I’m dealing with the Venmo issue by trying to import the missing transactions via the “Import CSV” tool in the Manage Accounts tab. It appears to work, because it shows up at the bottom of the page under CSV logs. However, the transactions do not appear in the transactions tab of my google sheet.

On another note, I re-connected Venmo with the Plaid integration which says that it’s working as of Jan. 6th 2026, but none of the new transactions there are appearing in the Tiller Google Sheet either.

I’d love help with both/either of these things.

Just a quick check: Is the account linked to your sheet in the tiller console? I have no experience with the CSV import, but it seems like maybe that might be the issue?

I think so since it was one of the options in the dropdown as part of the upload process. But just in case, how would I check/confirm that?

At the top of the tiller console under linked spreadsheets, click on the dropdown on the right and make sure the accounts you want in that spreadsheet are checked.
