Terrifying. But that’s because I’m currently out of a job. Back when I was employed, it was Comfortable. I was comfortable where I was at, how much I was saving, how much I was making, etc.
Totally feel you there @AviJ, for the last few years I have been self employed and the money is, to say the least, unpredictable. I can definitely relate to feeling terrified.

Thrifty. I’ve always budgeted, included saving for long-term goals, and thought carefully about any purchases: do I want it or do I need it?
Obsessed. Once I got my finances in order, I started tracking all my expenses and account balances. Except for my home, my car, and emergencies, I never bought anything unless I had the cash flow to pay it off with my next paycheck. This obsession helped me meet my financial goals to retire, and my money tracking continues during retirement to ensure I won’t run out!
Are you related to my husband?
Responsible. Or maybe Parental is more accurate. It’s like your money is a toddler that wants to run around buying things, but you have to watch it closely, most often reeling it back in, other times letting it splurge a little. But watching over it like a hawk, always.
@brettanicus I love this analogy of your money being like a toddler. So true.
All the best @AviJ hope you get back on track sometime soon.
@brettanicus I have actual children I need help with can I borrow your notes?!
