Hi, I’m Alexandra.

A fee-only, fiduciary, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER professional and Student Loan Expert.

To me, personal finance doesn’t have to be complex and full of industry jargon. It’s my goal to make complex financial topics less intimidating.

I’m currently a Financial Advisor for SmartPath Advisors, and a Financial Coach for SmartPath. My financial plans combine traditional financial planning techniques with behavioral techniques acquired from my financial coaching and behavioral financial advisor training.

I mentor female Financial Planners entering the industry, moderate the Females and Finance Facebook group, volunteer for The Institue of Student Loan Advisors Corporation, and am a committee member of FPA of Georgia NexGen.

I have been a spreadsheet nerd since I was 13. The possibilities of what is possible with a blank Excel or Google Sheet excites me. From data mining to reporting - I’ve used the past 11 years of playing in spreadsheets to create some pretty cool things.

One of those projects I submitted in the 2019 Tiller Builders Challenge. My cash flow, budget, bills, debt and savings tracker aims to answer the question “how much can I spend today?” and “how does my spending affect how long it will take me to pay off my debt?”
