I’ve added a column after the Check # to include descriptive info about transactions. Whenever new transactions are added by Tiller, these descriptions get out of order. They no longer are on the same row as the transaction they are describing. Why? How do I save the data in this column so that it stays with the transaction is refers to? Also, I’ve done/added this previously and the descriptions stayed with the transactions they refer to. Something changed and it no longer does it.
Strange, you should be able to add any columns you like. Here’s a bit more info about columns: Transactions Sheet Columns | Tiller Help Center
It sounds like maybe there could be a blank column in there that is separating the table into two. Try unhiding all columns and check the letters to make sure they are all accounted for (you might not notice a column that has been shrunk down to 1 or 2 pixels.
