Amex credit card feed not including my monthly payments

The liabilities column of my Balances Excel tab does not reflect payments I have made to my Amex credit card over the last few months. The amount owed keeps growing and is not counteracted by my periodic payments. I can see the payments come out of the bank, but they do not surface on the credit card side.

What is the best way for fix this–do I need to add the payments manually? Thanks!

I was able to fix this on my own. Apparently, I was not connecting to the primary Amex cardholder account so I was not getting all the transactions. Changing my connection information was the remedy.
