Apply transaction to different year?

Hi there! Probably a very simple question but what is the best way to apply a transaction to a different year’s budget? I.e. a charge that was made in 2023 that I want to apply to 2024’s travel budget.

I think you’d have to change the date on the transaction. Not sure there’s a way to keep the date of the transaction in 2023 and have it budgeted in a different year.
