I haver been checking in on outages for months now. From what I am seeing on the outages board there is practically nothing active. Am I missing something? Particularly, I do not see Chase on the list at all.
Do you mean the Institutional Alerts Dashboard? I see it showing 83 alerts at the moment or 0.77% of the institutions supported by Yodlee/Tiller?
You may just need to refresh your accounts on the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com @Chad_George then try filling your sheet.
If that’s not helping, and an institution is not on the Alerts dashboard noted by @dmetiller then I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/
So this is now an Institution Alerts Page and no longer an Outage Dashboard? Even the Chat Bot links to this though it the message still reads “Outage”.
Is the same thing we just changed the language a while back. I’ll note for the CS team to update the language in the bot.
Does this mean the institutions listed aren’t aggregating/updating for all Tiller users or does it simply mean a report of at least one user is currently being impacted? I ask as both my retirement account providers, both my investment brokerage providers, one bank, two credit card providers, and Venmo are all currently reported as problematic. I’d hate to begin subscribing to Tiller only to discover nothing works!
In the past, Tiller folks have told us that the institutional alert can be everything from a true outage to varying levels of instability where some users never see an issue while others encounter difficulty connecting at all.
