i can update credit card on a manualy from the dashboard ( Christian Communiy Credit Union) and they are correct. But they dont appear in my transactions or balance templets

The checking and money market account download to the dashboard and they are put into my transaction and balance sheets and they are correct. My credit card downloads into my dashboard and are correct. They do not come into my transaction or balance sheet
