I have categorised the transactions, refreshed the page and templates but the actual monthly figures have not shown up??? Is there something else i need to do???

Hi @jps.productsolutions, welcome to the Tiller Community. To answer your question, we may need a bit more information, are you on the monthly budget sheet that comes with the foundation template? Or another? And if the monthly budget template you may have to choose in the top right the time period where you have transactions categorized in order to see the amounts.
Other than that we’ll need more info to help you on which sheet to look at.

It sounds like you were able to feed in new bank transactions and categorize your data. It is really surprising that categorized data in your Transactions sheet wouldn’t flow into your Monthly Budget.

No, haven’t figured it out. This is my problem also.
Can you specify what the problem is? Are the transactions not loading a specific sheet? And are you using sheets or excel?
Hi, I’m using Google Sheets. The transaction tab is populated. But no data shows up in my monthly budget tab.
Can you check H2 and H3 to see if the month and date are set to that dates you are needing to see? When I opened the monthly budget, mine was defaulted to year 2018, and I had to update the dropdown using the edit pencil at the bottom to add 2026 to the sheet.
Yes, they are set to March 2026.
We might be hitting my limit of help here. But I have another thing you can check. If you look in the hidden section of the sheet, does T15 (should be type) contain this formula? This is what is in mine, and my actuals for the month are populating. =arrayformula(if(row(T15:T)=row(T$15),“Type”,if(isblank($V$15:$V),iferror(1/0),iferror(vlookup($V$15:$V,{$S$16:$S,$Q$16:$Q},2,false),“(hidden)”))))
If you have not done any modifications to the sheet, you can restore the sheet, and then see if that results in the transactions being restored.
OK, I appreciate whatever help I can get! I’ve spent a lot of time with Gemini trying to troubleshoot this as well. There doesn’t seem to be a live chat option in Tiller.
