Can't authorize to Amex credit card account

I have a ticket on this, but no one has responded in 24 hours, so I thought I’d try here.

Can’t get past step one. When I try to connect to the account, I put the correct login info (it’s correct) and then I get this message:

The last update from the ticket said to do it from a incognito browser, which I did.

I’m on a PC with Chrome as my browser.

Hello @steven, that is interesting. I can not provide very helpful information here, my American Express accounts are connecting, but I did double check that. The Customer Success team is very good about following up, I am sure you’ll hear back from them promptly.
