Categories marked hide still appearing in Budget Rollup Report

I have opted to hide certain categories from reports, which works for other reports, but those categories still show when I run the Budget Rollup Report. This was asked in 6/2022 and ‘Randy’ said he ‘published a fix’ (see link to thread), but it is happening to me now. What am I missing, or is it missing code for it again somehow?

It’s July 2025, and I’m still having the same problem that you reported in 2024. The Budget Rollup Report (which I find very helpful) is ignoring categories from the Categories sheet marked “Hide from Reports” and is displaying them anyway…which, in turn, makes the report very frustrating to use! Does anyone have a solution? We’d be much appreciated!

Sorry for the slow response. Unfortunately we are not actively maintaining Tiller Community Solutions at this time. Our engineering team has been prioritizing the work of improving our feeds and moving the most popular features of Tiller Community Solutions to the Tiller Money Feeds application. Much of the Tiller Community Solutions toolset is still functional, but I’m sorry to hear that the category filter is not working properly in the Budget Rollup Report. I’ll make a note of it and may be able to peek at it between projects but, honestly, TCS work is not a high priority at this time.
