Chase account balance not updating in sheet because 2 balances are in history

I have noticed my Balance sheet was not updating my chase account and looked closer today and found I have balances for the account updated on same day/time.

Account updated at 4/19/25 4:45 AM but has 2 entries and they both have correct account ID but different transaction IDs.

One is correct amount and the other one is the amount from awhile ago.

Any ideas what is happening?
