My fiance account downloads Citibank Costco Visa, but only her business account transactions. It is strange because both her biz and personal card use the same number but have definitely different CCV and expiry dates. Any suggestions?
Credentials edit clearly connects to Citi, but no option re which account(s) to connect to, so can’t seem to add. Thanks! Larry
two credit cards cannot have the same number. there are instances where the last four or five digits are the same and that causes possible confusion within the system but not the whole number.
If you have two accounts/cards vs an authorized user: generally there’s a personal login as well as a business login for credit cards; and the business login can see the person cards if it’s a sole prop. you can try connecting the person account as well to see the personal transaction?
