Credit card number change

I have gotten a new number for an existing card, do i need to refresh the bank to get the new number? it’s been a couple months now, i can also wait a few more months. But the most pertinent topic i could see was the below:

but it seems for him the number switched automatically.
I’m assuming after the number switches i’ll need to manually update the balance history old items to the new number along with the account grouping and the account in the transaction tab.

I can’t remember what happened when I got a new card for my account, but I have done updating when I change the account information myself.

  1. Filter the transactions of the old and new account and copy the new account replacing the old.
  2. Repeat on balance history.

I am sure there is a tool that helps with that, but to me that was easy and quick enough to do.

Right, perhaps i wasn’t clear: on the my.tiller console it still shows the old number do i need too re-connect for it to populate the new one?

I honestly don’t know, but I do know that reconnecting won’t hurt anything. However, if you information is all coming in right, then you shouldn’t need to reconnect the account.
