Credit card transactions not syncing

I obtained a new credit card number for my Chase card. I see it connected in Tiller, but I don’t see the transactions coming into Tiller.

Did you check the given account to be drawn into your worksheet in the Tiller Console ?

Note the unchecked item.

Where do I check that?

At the top will be the name of one or more worksheets, click the row to expand and the linked accounts will show.

OR

The Tiller Money Feeds extension has a “Connected Accounts” selection that also allows one to enable/disable.

Great! now it’s checked. how to I get all previos transactions to load?

The extension also has a "Fill " but it is limited to 90 days in the past. I also think the data engine may need time to pull data.

One last thought.. Some of my financial providers have a section to allow 3rd party access to the account data. E.g. Just opened a Wells Fargo projects Visa and I had to enable that to be used by Tiller.

Institutions I can recall that do this:

  • Edward Jones
  • Capital One
  • Wells Fargo

Look for something called “Linked Applications” or 3rd Party access under your account profile on the institution site.

Can anyone give me an idea of what to do here? Even I click on fill updates, nothing is happening
