Good Morning everyone –
I’ve been using Tiller for a couple of years and now have a use case where I need to have two separate Est Quarterly Tax sheets. The GF and I now have two businesses to look after and each of the categories used are prefixed with a set of initials indicating which business it belongs to i.e. HFD:COGS or PCS:COGS.
Instead of floundering around for a few hours looking for the right place to do this, I thought I would post the question to the experts. Do I need to change how I categorize the transaction and how do I point TWO separate Est Quarterly Tax sheets to use the different transactions?
thanks

Hi @trsimmons7 I concede I don’t have personal experience using this sheet but from what I gather it might be cleaner to just have separate foundation templates altogether where you exclude \hide the transactions of the other business. Because I don’t see how else you can extract business specific numbers in the Est Quarterly Tax for each business when you have to use the same tag irrespective of the category.

@trsimmons7 welcome to the Tiller community! This indeed is a good place to connect with experts. @twalane gave the solution I was thinking of as well. I am curious if any other community members have a different strategy.
