The debt payoff planner is not updating progress or showing any payments that have been made. The transactions are also not showing up in the downloads in the debt accounts although they do show up in the account where the payments are made from.
Hi @giselabundchen it sounds like the debt account transactions and balances may not be flowing into Tiller, which would definitely cause the behavior you’re seeing where the progress isn’t updating. The Debt Payoff Planner is using balance data only. It’s not pulling any information from Transactions so if the balances aren’t changing in the Balance History sheet for the debt account then that’s why.
First, take a look at the Balance History sheet (guide here) and if the balance isn’t accurate I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/
