New user here and unable to connect my Discover card. Tiller support has given me the general list of troubleshooting tips, but so far no luck. I am just wondering if other people have encountered this issue. The error message I receive from Plaid is: Too many attempts. We’re unable to complete your request. Please log into your account on the financial institution’s website to unlock or reset access and then try again.
However - I have waited a full 24 hrs, and I correctly logged info in the first attempt. Honestly, if I can’t resolve this quickly, I will not be able to use this software.
