Fidelity refresh failing since 27-OCT-2025

Hey folks, tried the Tiller support link, but auth failed. Will try other paths to support, but in the meantime…

Is anyone else seeing issues with Tiller <> Fidelity refresh in the last week? Attaching screengrabs showing my experience. Oddly, the data appears to sync from Fidelity to Tiller fine … but after clicking “Save & Close” … the “7 days ago” alert still shows, the spreadsheet is still showing 7d-old data, etc.

Any tips appreciated!

Attaching other screengrabs…

First one shows apparent sync success btwn Fidelity & TillerHQ web UI…

3rd & final screengrab – shows Tiller GOOG sheets spreadsheet with 7d-old data…

Got this on the support chat, but all my accounts are Yodlee, yet only Fidelity is currently failing, so I’m not sure this is the solution (i.e., wait for Yodlee to fix their stuff)…

I had to re-authenticate the login credentials for 1 of our 2 Fidelity accounts over the weekend. There was a big red FIX button on the console page. It took me 3 tries before it really “took”. But, everything is connecting and downloading as expected.

Not sure why you couldn’t get to Tiller Support either. Maybe just a general reboot of your computer might fix that problem.

Thanks @martha.rudkin – appreciate the quick reply

I’ve tried the “credentials refresh” route a few times, no luck so far – and haven’t seen the big red FIX button. Maybe I’ll try that again.

I had this or a similar issue for a day or two last week. The balances for my Fidelity accounts downloaded correctly via Yodlee into Tiller according to the Tiller Console, but the Fidelity balances in my Tiller spreadsheet were stuck with stale balances from a day earlier. Attempting to Fill Sheets would either say No Updates Available, or would update the balances for other accounts but not Fidelity. This went on at least a full day, then suddenly it fixed itself with no action on my part. If it had continued for another couple of days I would have contacted Tiller support.

Thx MysteryTea … i’ve experienced the same before … will just wait it out it seems

I had what sounds like a similar issue with Fidelity Investments last month (Oct 2025). I was unable to re-authenticate credentials with Fidelity; the hand-off for this, where a Fidelity window should pop up, would instead stall with a spinning circle icon. The issue turned out to be a browser compatibility problem on the Fidelity side.

I usually use Firefox. In Firefox, (even with ad blockers turned off) the Tiller-to-Fidelity hand-off for authentication failed. Whereas when I ran Tiller console in Chrome, voila! The Tiller-to-Fidelity authentication hand-off succeeded just fine, I was able to choose accounts to sync, and it successfully pulled all my Fidelity transaction data.
