Formatting changes in Transactions tab starting yesterday (June 24, 2025)

Did anyone notice that their new transactions were formatted strangely since yesterday? I noticed that the date and fonts are different, the amount was not formatted as currency. And most importantly this morning the categories didn’t include the dropdown. I had to manually format that section and I didn’t want to touch any of the other fields in case it’s just going to continue like this.

Did Tiller switch something with the fill sheets? I looked at past versions and it seemed to have happened in the afternoon yesterday. I was trying to see if my cat stepped on my keyboard and changed something but I don’t think that was it lol.

If anyone noticed something different or has a suggestion for a fix I would really appreciate it!

I’m not experiencing that, but I would look at the bottom of your Transactions sheet for anything odd, as that’s where the transactions fill initially before being auto-sorted to most recent at top.

I noticed that it had filled in at the bottom and then I had to copy and paste it to the top. Does that mean anything?

You shouldn’t need to do that, at least with default settings.

You could confirm that the Tiller Money Feeds Auto-Sort Override setting is not enabled:

It makes me think that maybe you have a data filter enabled?
Or, maybe the date isn’t formatted as a date?

A screenshot of the bottom of the Transactions sheet might be helpful.
You can delete any blank or non-transaction looking rows.

Hi Mark, I checked and my Auto-Sort Override was not on. How do I check to see if I have a data filter enabled?

You can visually see them in the header row, like this filter symbol for the Category column:

Selecting the filter symbol shows that the column is being filtered by Camper, in this example:
Selecting Select all 30 and OK will clear the filter.

Or, just to make sure you remove them all (if any exist), without depending on visually spotting them: Data > Remove filter
If the Data menu shows Create a filter, instead, then there are no filters set.

OK thanks, I don’t think it was the filter. Weird, I’ll keep an eye on it I guess. I didn’t want to revert to an older version just yet.
