I’ve tried connecting over a few days and no luck.
I’ve tried contacting support but they said “since this is a non-U.S. institution we’re unable to troubleshoot further”.
Hello @sj.skeete , Since this is a Canadian institution we’re unable to troubleshoot further and we’re not currently escalating issues to our data provider for Canadian institutions. You can read more about this recent change in our support policies on our Help Center here.We recommend reviewing our Financial Connection Errors Troubleshooting Guide as it has some basic steps that might help, but beyond that we’re unable to provide additional assistance. We are looking at adding an additional data provider this year, and if that provider proves more successful in Canada we may revisit our support for Canadian institutions.
