How to disconnect bank accounts

I no longer have a tiller account, but my bank accounts are still synced. How do I disconnect them from Tiller?

Hello @pfmyers58 , sorry to hear that Tiller is no longer working for you. Our customer success team is amazing. If you launch the Tiller Add-on there is an option to connect to the team, you can also access them from the Tiller console at tiller.com.

Thanks, Alice. Unfortunately, I can no longer log in and access the dashboard. However, I just searched my email and found the email address for support. I’ll try reaching out to them directly.

If they’re open banking connections you should be able to go to each banks connections alerts area and terminate the connection from there.

I have also flagged the team on this. We definitely don’t want this to be a frustrating experience.
