Import CSV Line Items workflow reset

Hi everyone,

I have a question about the Import CSV Line Items workflow from Tiller Community Solutions.

I imported a Basic CSV because I can’t connect my bank accounts. However, the importer assigned incorrect dates to my transactions. To fix it, I deleted the imported transactions from the Foundation Template as well as the corresponding entries in the Tiller.HiddenMetadata tab.

Since then, whenever I try to import again, I get the message:

“No new transactions in uploaded Basic CSV file.”

It doesn’t matter which CSV I try — even files from completely different bank accounts trigger the same message.

Has anyone experienced something similar or knows how to properly “reset” the metadata so the importer recognises the transactions again?

Hi @chris.barkh . You can only restore it using version history. Please review the guide here. We also recommend that you use the CSV Importer via the Tiller Console instead.
As a reminder please keep Tiller.HiddenMetadata hidden. Don’t delete it. Don’t edit it.
