Issue with USAA Credit Card Transactions

Wondering what’s going on here with USAA credit card transactions. The account id is the same but the account number has changed. The correct account number is xxxx8341 and all the transactions prior to 4/6/23 came in this way.

4/6/23 2:23 PM Signature Visa xxxx8341 6202be4b78bbdf001aa26b0f (Old yodlee connection)
6/7/23 11:51 AM Signature Visa xxxx8340 6202be4b78bbdf001aa26b0f (Manual transaction)
8/8/23 5:11 PM Signature Visa xxxx0699 6202be4b78bbdf001aa26b0f (New open banking connection)

New foundation sheet they all come in as xxxx0699 and have no idea where this number is coming from.

Checking and savings don’t have this issue.
