J Crew recently moved their credit card processor to Synchrony Bank. I want to add this as a new account in Tiller but it doesn’t show up. Adding a direct Synchrony account with the J Crew user/pass doesn’t work either. Is there a process/method to have this added to the list of accounts to add? Thanks!

Have you tried adding “Synchrony Financial”?
If that doesn’t work I’d recommend reaching out to our support team via the chat window in the lower right corner of the Console at https://my.tillerhq.com/ You can share the log in URL with our team and we can find which site matches that URL on our end.
The Synchrony Financial connection now includes the J Crew credit card so problem solved. Thank you!
Hello - I’m also having trouble linking my J.Crew card from Synchrony Bank.
I’ve tried both Synchrony Financial and Synchrony Bank connections a number of times and I can’t get either to work. Synchrony Financial gives me an error saying “Incorrect Login Details.” The Synchrony Bank one says “Error with connection.” I can access everything through my J.Crew Synchrony login, so the credentials aren’t the problem.
