Why does the extension get logged out so frequently?
Less than 24 hours after signing up, adding accounts, importing transactions and I check my sheet this morning and it’s disconnected. Why?

I haven’t seen anyone at Tiller acknowledge that this is an issue but I’ve been dealing with it now for 3-6 months and I’ve seen more and more people mention it. It really ruins the user experience having to do this every day.
As others have reported, I don’t have this issue as long as I close the sidebar. So, my morning workflow is to refresh-and-fill and then close the sidebar. The next morning, I need to reopen the sidebar, but I don’t need to log in again. YMMV, but has been working smoothly for me.

I noticed today that I left my sidebar open and it requested I sign in again.

This is not really a solution. Not sure we should need to take specific steps every time we use Tiller in order for Tiller to continue working.
Since the Tiller Money Feeds add-on is a Google Sheets extension, it is bound by the security requirements Google enforces.
A standard industry security best practice is to have an access token that expires periodically, and if you are leaving the extension open but are inactive in it then there is an authentication token expiring - causing the log out.
