Max rows in Transactions before the sheet starts to suffer

I’m starting to manually import csv files and am considering important around 20k total rows. What is the upper end of total rows when the sheet performance starts to suffer?

Limitations on performance could be more about rules, so if that’s relevant, please mention that and other specs.

I would appreciate learning what higher stress conditions the sheet and Tiller extension still works well and when it becomes annoyingly slow or breaks.

It’s less about the number of rows and more about what’s happening to them. I found conditional formatting to be especially problematic on large sheets, so I limit mine to only the top 200 rows.

great question @breen , handy to know @jpfieber! :downcast_face_with_sweat:

Not sure, but my Transactions sheet is at 47k lines and growing. No material performance impact in my view.
